fine, then. mark this one half off.

"i don't think i'm hot anymore."

"what? you called me at work for this?"

"i never had this problem before."

"just how DRUNK are you right now?"

"i'm past my prime."

"you're insane. someone is probably going to hit on you later tonight and this conversation will mean nothing."

"sigh. well, it was good while it lasted."

"i give up."

  2. That sounds like me sometimes. I have moments where I think I've passed my prime and then it comes back for a fleeting moment. Growing older is not fun....then again, who said it was....

  4. hahaaa tell your friend that 50 is the new 30... unless we're going by LA standard time: in which case 65 is the new 30! and something tells me this friend is not even 30 yet (actually 30)

  5. sometimes you hear the darndest things when you're working while everyone else is out partying...

yeah, i think people in their twenties act like kids in high school so that automatically pushes 30 farther back.

  6. Being someone who has never been "hot" I guess I don't understand. But, I guess if I were "hot" then feeling like I'm not anymore, I think it would be hard.
