"did you hear they're making chocolate-covered Altoids?"
"eiw! really?"
"yeah, someone brought in some samples. they're dark chocolate-covered ginger, peppermint or cinnamon mints."
"oh my god, you weren't kidding."
"the peppermint isn't so bad; i didn't really like the ginger."
"i think i'll try a cinnamon one."
"they look like junior mints."
"junior mints are way better. these are gross."
"dude, they should have stuck with making gum."
And yet the (clueless) focus group managers in Product Development probably got really nice bonuses.
ReplyDeleteAlso - "gum?" I must be out of touch...
;-)
Oh gah-gag. chocolate-covered ginger altoids.
ReplyDeletePicture me cringing.
That sounds so VILE! EWWWWWW!
ReplyDeleteUm...it sounds nasty! I'll be sure and not have any.
ReplyDeleteAltoids in general are nasty, as far as I'm concerned. Curiously nasty.
ReplyDeleteyeah i agree grosssss
ReplyDeletewrigley, the gum company, makes altoids. and chocolate-covered altoids. and gum. personally, the gum's good and altoids are ok, but this choco stuff has got to go.
ReplyDeleteI saw these in the store and immediately knew they would be gross. Then a friend bought them, and confirmed that suspicion for me.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know Wrigley made Altoids... Anyway, I don't like Altoids to begin with, so I doubt adding chocolate will help...
