  3. Well, what's the point of going to wash your car? It's better just to let the rain do it for you. You can listen to music then, too.

  6. No, this makes complete sense. If you start listening to music while you're washing your car, there's a chance that you might start enjoying the experience, and that's just not acceptable. Car washing should be a humbling experience with no joy at all. At least that's how I was brought up.
