My mom got him from someone who'd had him for two years, and he lived on her desk for one. I only had him for a short time, but I guess three years is really old if you're a Beta fish.
I won't be getting another one. This is nearly impossible to beat. Plus, losing them makes me sad.
He was a great fish.
Wow, 3 years? I had a roommate who was buying new beta fish every week because she couldn't figure out how to keep them alive in college. I didn't like her so of course I laughed at the situation... I wasn't the one killing her fish though. That was courtesy of Mr. Water Filter
ReplyDeleteAw. Poor fishy.
ReplyDeleteRIP, Wanda.
So sorry. It looks like Wanda lived a good life. Most fish don't get chairs and desk lamps.
ReplyDeletethat 100% breaks my dang heart. we'll miss you, wanda. peace be with you in that big fishbowl in the sky.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fish guy, but any fish that sits in a chair is OK by me. RIP, homie.
ReplyDeletePoor fish. *hugs*
ReplyDeletewhile wanda strikes me as somewhat of a slacker(seems she's shirking her responsibilities given that she's swiveled away from her workstation), i too will mourn her loss.
ReplyDeleteAw Wanda. You rocked that little office/fishbowl more than any other fish I know. RIP.
ReplyDeleteNo!
ReplyDeleteAw, geez. I'm sorry to hear it. Wanda seemed like an excellent fish.
Okay, explain the picture...
ReplyDeleteno photoshop, i swear!
ReplyDeletewe had an "office" tank, and wanda liked to sit on the chair, the desk and even liked to sleep in the filing cabinet. if you click on the link, you'll see the first post i had about it.
Awww...the chair!! And rest well, Wanda (poor guy, living with a female name, but a damn great office/home, lol).
ReplyDeleteMy condolences...I still miss our betta, Tinwe, who died in 2003 :(
ReplyDeleteSorry about your beta. I had one for 2 1/2 years and it was an enormous fish!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry
