I believe this was originally a bottle of heparin, a medication sometimes used to flush central lines for patients. In 1999 this woman started
covering them with clay and handing them out for cancer patients to write down a wish and keep it inside.
My mom got them at a cancer fair. This bottle is going to
Jon and
Madelyn's teacher, who got some bad news last week.
bottle of hope
In which my mom first showed me one of these bottles
Again, I'm still very anti-cancer. Why aren't all the terrible people getting cancer? why do most evil dictators live to be 104 when decent people are dying of cancer?
