there's gotta be a support group for this

Apparently H did not realize the NBA season kicked off tonight and missed almost half of the Lakers game. I guess I do cut into his full-time job of keeping up with what's going on with the NBA, NFL and in MLB, which is especially tricky when all three are going on at once.

If you do not know what those acronyms stand for, count yourself BLESSED.

You can actually cut into sports time? Consider yourself lucky. Hopefully one day you won't find out that your bf has been up all night watching recorded games, and thus must sleep all day. This is not a good time of the year for girlfriends.

Move him out of the country, is my suggestion :)

My deepest sympathies go out to you. I feel lucky that my husband only cares about Cleveland football and basketball.

What, H has no love for the LA Kings?

You should buy him an iPhone so he can keep closer tabs on his teams.

So that explains why there was all this basketball stuff on TV when I was trying to find Law & Order last night.

Most sports fans multi-task. There can be football and basketball games on TV, baseball streamed on the Internet and everything else updated on the cell phone.

No problem.

When I was little, I dreaded Sunday's, because that meant football . . . which meant no tv for me. Plus I had to go to Church. My suggestion, leave the house every time he turns on a game. Hopefully he'll realize his interest in sports seems to be taking away from reality. ORRRRR, bash in the tv . . . either way.
